Theme: THINK LIKE THE APOSTLES

• The devotional discusses the mindset of the apostles and encourages believers to think like them in terms of spreading the Gospel. It starts by referencing Acts 8:14, where the apostles in Jerusalem sent Peter and John to minister to Samaria after hearing that the Word of God had been received there.
• The devotional emphasizes the apostles’ conviction that once the Word of God was planted in a place, that place belonged to the Gospel. It cites the example of Samaria, where the apostles considered the Gospel to have taken over due to the reception of the Word.
• It suggests that believers should adopt the same mentality as the apostles, thinking of cities, towns, communities, countries, or nations as taken over by the Gospel once the Word is sown.
• The devotional encourages believers to seize cities and communities with the Gospel and to think like the apostles and early missionaries, who believed in conquering places with the Word.
• It concludes with a prayer expressing gratitude for the responsibility of sharing the Gospel and proclaiming the Word, affirming that the light of the Gospel dispels darkness and establishes righteousness.
