Introduction Today’s devotional focuses on the importance of spiritual growth and education in the life of a Christian. Just as a child grows and learns by observing and emulating their parents, Christians are encouraged to grow and learn by observing and emulating Christ, through the guidance of the Word and the Holy Spirit. This spiritual growth allows believers to become more like Christ, acting, talking, and relating with others as He would.

  1. Spiritual Education: The devotional emphasizes the difference between the education of the human mind and the education of the human spirit. Through the ministry of the Word and the Spirit, God’s people are being raised to become effective witnesses.
